Serving Schedule & Amount
Use the amount and frequency on your bottle or the individual instructions provided by your healthcare professional. This table shows how the label’s serving range adds up over a day.

Any capsules taken around meals count toward your daily total. If you take medicines for blood sugar or blood pressure, ask your doctor or pharmacist about using Nopal alongside them before starting.

D
Prickly Pear Drops

Shake well before use.
Take one dropper 2–3 times daily.
The original Prickly Pear Drops label directs you to place the liquid under your tongue, hold it there for 30–45 seconds, and then swallow. It describes the dropper as appearing about half full; the Supplement Facts serving size is 1 mL.
Follow the directions on your own bottle if they differ. The drops have their own measured serving; capsule counts do not measure a liquid serving.
P
Loose Nopal Powder

Measure the serving shown
on your powder container.
Use the scoop and serving instructions supplied with your loose Nopal powder. Mix the measured serving into a smoothie, juice, yogurt, oatmeal, or another food or drink, and consume the full mixture.
Loose powder and capsules have separate labels. Measure each powder serving using the scoop amount and frequency printed on your container.
06
