Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

Natural Home Cures ("we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of people who visit our websites, buy our products, or contact us. This policy explains the personal information we collect, why we use it, who handles it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you. It covers orders placed as a guest or through an optional store account. For purchases made on Amazon, Amazon also applies its own privacy notice to information it collects through its marketplace.

1. Information we collect

When you place an order, we receive information needed to process and deliver it, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery details, products ordered, transaction status, and shipping and tracking details. If you choose to create a store account, we also maintain the account information needed for that login. A guest order still requires contact and delivery information.

When you contact customer service, we receive the information in your messages and information needed to address the request. All customer service calls are recorded after a recording notice. We may keep call logs and written notes about order or service matters. We do not ask customers to provide medical information for these purposes or routinely record health details in customer notes. A caller may nevertheless voluntarily mention such information during a recorded call.

Our websites and service providers may also receive technical information, such as an IP address, browser and device details, and pages visited. Cookies and similar technologies may be used for essential site functions and, where enabled, for measurement or other nonessential purposes. Technical identifiers can be personal information; we do not describe all visits as anonymous.

When you submit a contact, affiliate, private-label or referral form, we receive the details you enter. Form submissions are stored in our WordPress website and sent to our customer service email so we can review and respond to your request.

2. How we use information

We use customer information to complete orders, process payments, ship products, send receipts, invoices and tracking updates, answer questions, handle returns and refunds, maintain store accounts when requested, protect the store and customers, keep business records, and comply with applicable law. Call recordings are used to resolve customer service and order matters. We do not send promotional emails or operate a newsletter. If you email us, we may reply to your message.

3. Payments, shipping and other providers

Payments are handled by PayPal or Stripe where those options are offered. We do not store customers’ full credit card information ourselves. A payment provider may collect and retain payment information under its own privacy notice. BigCommerce hosts our online store and order records. We give shipping and delivery details to the carriers and shipping services needed to deliver an order, including Pirate Ship where used. For products purchased through Amazon, Amazon collects and holds marketplace customer information under its own notice; we may receive the order details needed to fulfill the order or provide service. Providers handle information according to their roles and terms. Authorized owners and customer service staff have access to the business systems needed for their duties; use of a provider does not mean that its staff have a login to our internal customer service accounts.

We may also disclose information when required by a valid legal process or to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services. If the business is sold or reorganized, relevant customer records may transfer subject to applicable law.

4. Cookies and website technologies

Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for security, restricted-area access, website functions and embedded content.

Our pages may contain videos hosted by DynTube. When a page loads an embedded video, the video provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and device or browser details and may use its own cookies or similar technologies.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website or external-service features.

Our BigCommerce store, Amazon, payment providers and other external services may offer separate cookie controls under their own notices. Browser choices or settings on one website do not automatically change settings on those services.

5. How long we keep information

We keep store order records in BigCommerce for at least 10 years; they may be retained longer as needed for business records, disputes or legal obligations. We normally keep customer service emails for 10 years, call recordings for approximately three months, and call logs and written call notes for approximately two years. Other records are kept only for as long as needed for the purposes described here and applicable requirements. PayPal, Stripe, Amazon, carriers, and other providers set their own retention periods for information they hold; this policy does not promise that we can delete their independent records.

6. Security and access

Access to customer order information is limited to owners and authorized customer service staff who need it for their work. Access to call recordings and related call notes is limited to owners. Staff accounts use two-factor sign-in. We do not store full payment card information in our own systems. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion, subject to identity verification and applicable exceptions. An optional store login can be closed while records of past orders are retained when needed for the purposes described above. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to a copy of your information, to object to or restrict certain uses, or to complain to a data protection authority. We will respond according to applicable law.

For privacy requests, email customerservice@naturalhomecures.com or write to Natural Home Cures, 955 East Main Street, Suite E83, Lexington, SC 29073. Please do not send full payment card details or medical information in a privacy request.

8. International visitors and transfers

Natural Home Cures operates from the United States and may receive orders from other countries. If you are outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and in countries where our payment, hosting, shipping, and other providers operate. Where EU or UK privacy law applies, we use information needed to fulfill an order or respond to you, comply with legal duties, and pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing our business; where consent is required for nonessential tracking, we rely on that consent. You may contact us using the details below about your privacy rights and international processing.

9. Children

Our products and websites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us so we can review and address the matter.

10. Other websites

Our pages may link to other sites and services, including Amazon and payment providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. This policy describes Natural Home Cures’ handling of information and does not replace those notices.

11. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when our practices, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when a revised version is published. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
