CAPSULES / MANUFACTURING
From green pad
to finished capsule.
Our Opuntia streptacantha green pads are prepared, frozen, freeze-dried, milled and filled into 500 mg vegetable capsules. Follow the journey in pictures, or open the complete manufacturing story.

From our farms to your bottle
We stay involved from growing through harvest and preparation. The journey continues through freezing, freeze-drying, milling, capsule filling, quality review, bottling and delivery.
Why we use freeze-drying for our capsules
The prepared Nopal pad is frozen and dried under vacuum. Ice passes directly into water vapor, followed by a finishing stage that reduces the remaining moisture. The dried material is then milled into powder.
We choose this process to remove moisture while limiting prolonged exposure to high temperatures. Careful handling, packaging and storage continue after drying.
Read the label and ask about quality
Our label identifies the capsule formula, serving amount, other ingredients and directions. Quality records answer questions about an identified material or batch. Share your bottle’s lot number with our team when asking about available documentation.

02 / PRICKLY PEAR DROPS
Juicy fruit.
A measured liquid serving.
Our Prickly Pear Drops bring together concentrated cactus fruit and added Vitamin B12 in a convenient dropper bottle. A sweet-tart liquid format for your daily routine.

PRICKLY PEAR DROPS / MANUFACTURING
From ripe fruit
to bottled drops.
Our drops begin with red tuna, the fruit of the cactus. The prepared fruit is cold-pressed to release its juice without heat, then the liquid moves through preparation, bottling, labeling, quality review and delivery.
See the key stages here, then follow the complete journey on the manufacturing page.

Mix a measured serving into water, a smoothie or your preferred food. Open the full powder page for the formula, directions, storage and quality details.
POWDER / MANUFACTURING
From our farms
to your daily scoop.
We select the green pads, clean and prepare them, then dry and mill the material into powder. Quality review and jar filling complete the journey.
Drying methods can vary across our production, so our loose powder is not labeled or sold as freeze-dried. For a freeze-dried preparation, choose our Nopal capsules.
